I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great as it was near many of the main attractions in the area, and I was able to walk to several trails, lakes, and sights. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was also quite enjoyable and provided a hearty start to my day.
Couldn't stay longer.

We enjoyed strolling through the park-like setting and hiking the nearby trails. the staff was courteous and attentive to our needs. the room was comfortable and had good heating. We loved the delicious buffet breakfast and the great shower pressure.
The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable at times.

The hotel is situated near many great trails and sights and is a great spot for outdoor enthusiasts. the views from the hotel are amazing and there are many scenic points to relax, such as the beautiful Nahuel Huapi lake shore. the food at the restaurant is delicious and there's a fixed menu which includes a buffet entree, established main dish, and dessert. one can buy a bottle of wine and keep it there during vacation.
The location of the hotel is a bit remote and may require private transportation or a rented car. Some of the facilities are a bit dated and the rooms could use more maintenance.

Spent xmas at this hotel and the views were amazing! The location was perfect with easy access to many hiking trails and lakes. The buffet-style food was decent, and I enjoyed the homemade dishes. They also offer you the ability to keep a bottle of wine and drink it. Very cozy and quiet environment.
The hotel room just could not be ignored. It looked like it had not been updated for decades, and the decor was outdated.

The location is incredible, with breathtaking views of Nahuel Huapi lake and Cerro Capilla. Plenty of opportunities for relaxation and outdoor activities, with trekking paths nearby. Good food at the restaurant, with a delicious fixed menu and the option to bring your own wine. Excellent shower with hot water and good pressure.
No negatives.
